CHRIST IN YOU

"The Hope of Glory!"

Our Savior came, God wrapped in a person, the son of Mary. An earthen vessel like ours with a beloved and cherished soul, yet in a limited and weakened body that, like ours, was fully vulnerable to sin. A man, just like us, yet not defiled by the inherited sin nature. A beloved human vessel Who adamantly chose to resist every temptation to sin, on behalf of his race. Jesus, thereby proving obedience was a choice, He chose Life, then sacrificed His innocent Life, suffering the sentence of all our guilt and shame, to buy our acquittal! The Gospel!

Jesus lived without grieving his heavenly Father for 30 years, then making a public display of Himself as an obedient Son, the Father accepted His proxy for us, that we would be made worthy to receive again, the Breath of Life! The Breath, originally breathed into man upon his creation, and taken from him upon his disobedience in the garden of Eden. Once made flesh, Jesus returned to the Life intended for man, but as only one Man. He, the Messiah, had broken the curse laid upon mankind for their rebellion. He alone, was now made worthy as a man to cohabit with God, as Adam had done in the garden.

Jesus, the Messiah, continued for three years proving His sinlessness and human perfection, then willingly stood as High Priest between fallen man and God. Upon His shoulders, He willingly took ALL disobedience from the race of man, and paid the death penalty of, mind, body, and soul, on the cross. Jesus cleared mankind's debt, restoring fellowship with his Creator.

Man was now clean, but helpless to stay clean. So, after paying the penalty for sin with His death, Christ rose from the dead to break the chains of sin and death forever, for those who would simply accept this regeneration! New Life! Life, after receiving the Holy Spirit, like the Life He lived! Now each vessel can be cleansed by His Blood, then again filled by the same Spirit that God originally breathed into man in the Garden! We know it can be done, because it has been done!

Without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, re-distributed by the Father, because of Christ, no man can receive Eternal Life. But by receiving the Holy Spirit within, we are reborn into and in the Family of God! Glory! Original Life restored to mankind! Christ in us - The HOPE of Glory!
